  • All sleep scores are entered ON THE DAY you wake up - FOR THAT DAY. Example:You wake up on the 3rd of January, look at your wearable and see a sleep score of 69, you enter a score of 69 on the 3rd of January.

  • Good question! Your first sleep score will be entered on January 1, 2026 - as you wake up from that crispy first snooze of the year.

    Your last sleep score will be entered on January 31, 2026.

    * scores left open past 5pm MST on February 2, 2026 will be considered void and subsequently equate to 0.

  • Yes, they do! We use this information to calculate titles such as “Most Time Spent In Bed” so it really is a matter of every minute counts! Simply enter your hours and minutes seperately in the Snoozefest App, and we’ll do the rest!

  • Put simply, this is a competition with yourself. It is a personal challenge to develope and maintain healthy sleeping habits, and to prioritize rest. Snoozefest is a casual, social contest that aims to boost your sleep hygiene, and keep you rested and recovered.
